Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any products from Coe Design Studio (coedesignstudio.com.au). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Coe Design Studio

Coe Design Studio ('we', 'us', 'our') is a digital product business operating at coedesignstudio.com.au, owned and operated by Leona Coe t/a Coe Design Studio (ABN 87 668 915 480). We create and sell digital educational resources, templates, and toolkits designed to support interior designers in developing their business and sales capabilities.

2. Products and Delivery

All products sold through coedesignstudio.com.au are digital products, delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product(s) via a download link or access instructions sent to your nominated email address.

As our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted, except as required under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

3. Educational Purpose — No Guarantee of Results

All products, templates, toolkits, workbooks, and related materials sold by Coe Design Studio are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that use of our products will result in any specific business outcome, financial result, or commercial success. Results will vary depending on a wide range of individual factors, including but not limited to:

– your existing experience, skills, and business circumstances

– the effort and consistency with which you apply the materials

– market conditions and the nature of your client base

– factors beyond the scope of these resources

Our templates and frameworks are tools to support your professional development — they are not a substitute for personalised legal, financial, or business advice. You remain solely responsible for all decisions made in your business.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All content, templates, frameworks, copy, design elements, and materials available through Coe Design Studio — including but not limited to the Sales Toolkit, individual templates, workbooks, email sequences, and any associated resources — are the intellectual property of Coe Design Studio and are protected under Australian and international copyright law.

4.2 Permitted Use — Personal Licence

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the purchased product(s) for your own internal business purposes. This means you may:

– complete, customise, and use the templates in your own design business

– adapt the content to reflect your brand, voice, and specific client context

This licence is granted to you as an individual purchaser and does not extend to any third party.

4.3 Prohibited Use

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

– copy, reproduce, or redistribute our products or any part of them to any third party

– share, resell, sublicence, or otherwise transfer our materials — whether for payment or free of charge

– upload our materials to any shared platform, file-sharing service, or team drive accessible to individuals who have not purchased directly from us

– modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our products for commercial purposes

– use our products as the basis for creating a competing product, course, or template bundle

– remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, or attribution contained within the materials

Breach of these terms constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Third-Party Tools and Affiliates

Some of our products contain recommendations for or links to third-party tools and services. These are included where we genuinely believe they provide value to our customers. In some cases, we may receive an affiliate commission if you purchase through a link — this will not affect the price you pay.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of any third-party tool is subject to that provider's own terms and conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coe Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of clients, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
